This episode also tackles some work/life balance talk, what to do when you have two cowlicks & a widow’s peak (Gen Z, what to do?!) and if our kids have a style when it comes to their clothes.

Postpartum: the mental & physical
On episode 4 of ‘Sup, Moms? podcast, Megan & Jess speak on postpartum.
Trigger warning: we discuss mental and physical help and if that’s something that you can’t take on right now, please skip. These are just the stories of two moms discussing their postpartum stories.
Megan discusses how she didn’t know she had postpartum anxiety until she knew she had anxiety and her journey with therapy and medication. Megan shares how she was very into sleep and naps. The physical aspects of pregnancy certainly took its toll on Megan and explains how she’s handling it the second time around.
Jess details her experience postpartum in Germany and how she didn’t have the same postpartum experience medically. And how she was paranoid about baby sleep and couldn’t sleep when the baby slept because she had to check to see if the baby was still breathing. Jess says that she just wants to like herself again and how she lost then gained weight postpartum.
